My Story
This space is where I share my love for health, the calm, simple, real kind.
My goal is to help women and mums feel healthier, more energised, and supported in their everyday lives with tips, tools, and habits that actually fit into a busy life.
My path here hasn’t been straightforward. I’ve lived with autoimmune illness (Sjögren’s Syndrome), PCOS, postpartum depression, chronic pain, and the rollercoaster of two C-sections, followed by ACNES entrapped nerve. I know what it’s like to feel tired, inflamed, flat, and disconnected from your body - all while juggling motherhood, work, and the mental load of modern life.
But I also know this: health doesn’t have to be extreme or overwhelming.
Small, simple steps can make the biggest difference. Over time, I’ve rebuilt my energy and calm through real food, restorative sleep, nervous system support, gentle movement, and the kind of everyday tools that make life easier — from kitchen shortcuts to habit hacks.
