EVOLVE HEALTH
Hello
My name is Amanda
A Women’s Health & Nervous System Practitioner (BHSc), and I support women in midlife who feel tired, wired, inflamed, overwhelmed, or “not like themselves” anymore.

My work blends nutritional medicine, stress physiology, nervous system regulation, and real-life lifestyle tools - especially for women balancing work, motherhood, and the mental load of modern life.

But I didn’t arrive here because everything was easy.
I arrived here because my body kept whispering… and eventually started shouting.

My Story
Like so many women, I didn’t arrive here because everything was easy.
I arrived here because my body kept whispering… and eventually started shouting.

In my twenties and early thirties, I was deep in the corporate world - late nights, early mornings, constant pressure, and living on adrenaline. I kept telling myself, “I’m fine.”

Until I wasn’t.

My health collapsed under the weight of doing everything, being everything, and never slowing down.
I was diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions (Sjögren’s Syndrome and PCOS) and offered little more than Band-Aid solutions. No one could explain why my body was shutting down, only how to mask the symptoms.

I felt dismissed… and honestly, a little sad that those were my only choices.

So, I started searching for answers elsewhere.

It began with nutrition and wellness certificates - small shifts that made a surprisingly big difference. Around the same time, I’d started practicing yoga, and it became the first place I learned to tune into my body, my breath, and my nervous system. I didn’t have the language for it back then, but I was learning how to regulate long before I knew the science.

Slowly… my body began to heal.
But I wanted to go deeper.

I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) because I wanted to truly understand women’s physiology - hormones, metabolism, inflammation, stress, digestion - all the pieces that determine how we feel inside our own bodies.

Here I was at the peak of my health and it felt AMAZING!

Later, I completed Yoga Teacher Training, not to teach yoga, but to integrate breath, embodiment, and nervous system awareness on a deeper level. The yoga practice I’d been doing for years finally connected with the science I was studying.
Most recently, I completed somatic nervous system training, which brought everything together - the science, the physiology, the emotional patterns, and the lived experience of stress.

Somewhere along this journey, I became a mum to two beautiful girls, just 18 months apart. Motherhood stretched me in every direction - physically, emotionally, spiritually. I experienced postpartum depression, chronic pain, two C-sections, and ACNES nerve entrapment and two babies who woke a lot at night. My nervous system was constantly on high alert.

When I returned to corporate after having my girls, the old patterns returned too: the exhaustion, the inflammation, the stress-weight, the wired-but-tired feeling that so many women know too well.
But this time, I had tools.

I didn’t overhaul my life. I made small, intentional shifts that supported my nervous system, hormones, sleep, digestion, and energy.
My body softened.
My stress-weight shifted.
My clarity returned.
I felt more like myself again.

And that’s when I realised something that changed everything:
-
Women aren’t broken — we’re overwhelmed.
-
We don’t need more discipline — we need more support.
-
We don’t need extremes — we need nervous system safety and tools that fit into real life.
Today, I help women in midlife feel calmer, lighter, and more energised using the same blend that changed everything for me: Nervous system support + nutritional foundations + sleep rhythms + simple, real-life lifestyle tools.
No pressure.
No perfection.
Just grounded, gentle guidance so your body can finally exhale.
If you feel tired, inflamed, stressed, disconnected from your body - you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself!

Let’s rebuild your health gently, sustainably, and with compassion for the life you’re living.
